Kids Fair 2013

 

 

 

Come join us at our annual Halloween Candy Buy Back!

Thursday, November 1st from 5:00pm-7:00pm in our office located at Taylor Crossing 929 S. Utah Ave. Idaho Falls, ID 83402.

Turn your candy into cash. Bring your unwanted Halloween candy into Just 4 kiDDS and we will give you $1 for every pound of wrapped candy received.

-All Children will receive a toothbrush and a voucher for dinner at Outback Steakhouse.
-All candy collected will be sent to our troops overseas through Operation Gratitude.
-Open to Children 12 and under.
-All children must be accompanied by an adult.
-Limit of 5 pounds of candy per child.

Dr. Higham recently completed his certification examinations and is now a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is 1 of 11 Board Certified pediatric dentists in the state of Idaho.                                                                              
 
 
 
Lost Balloons!
 
We got an interesting call the other day. A man in Saskatchewan Canada found some of our balloons in his yard and was calling to see where we were located. It's amazing how far those lost balloons can travel!

New addition to Dr. Higham's family!

 
 
  Dr. Higham's wife Kara gave birth to a baby girl just before Christmas.  Thank you to everyone who was very accomodating as our office schedule got a bit hectic as the time got closer and this sweet little girl wasn't exactly certain when she wanted to make her appearance.  Dr. Higham's family is adjusting well to their new addition and the office schedule is now back to normal.  Thanks again for all of your patience.
 
 
Halloween Candy Buy Back, Boo at the Zoo and Trick or Treat Street
Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support us this year at our Halloween Candy Buy Back, Boo at the Zoo and Trick or Treat Street. All were a huge success! We had a blast participating and seeing all of you. We also collected more candy than we ever thought possible to send overseas through Operation Gratitude. Happy Halloween!
 

 
 
 
 

Free Family Film Festival

 
Thanks to everyone who attended the Free Family Film Festival this summer! Dr. Higham and our team sponsered the film festival, which included showings of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Monsters vs. Aliens and Paul Blart: Mall Cop. The summer movie series was a huge success!
 
 
Roaring Youth Jam

February is National Children's Dental Health Month


February is National Childrens Dental Health Month. In efforts to increase awareness, Dr. Higham and staff visited preschools in the Idaho Falls and surrounding areas. The preschool presentations instructed children to keep their teeth clean and healthy. We talked about good foods versus bad foods, the importance of brushing and flossing as well as the power of fluoride. We also stressed the importance of regular visits to the dentist

Just 4 kiDDS Dentistry held it's annual coloring contest in February for National Children's Dental Health month.  
 
Here are the 1st Place winners!
 
 

Just 4 kiDDS hosted its first annual National Childrens Dental Health Month coloring contest. 1st place winners were awarded a $50 gift card to Toys R Us and a children Sonicare toothbrush. We appreciate the participation of all of our young artists.

Roaring Youth Jam

Roaring Youth Jam 1

Our office set up a booth on the Green Belt during the Roaring Youth Jam. We talked to children and parents about the importance of oral hygiene as well as visiting the dentist. The kids loved brushing Al E (the alligator) and Magi (the magic dragon) teeth. We handed out over 1500 hundred helium balloons during the tthree days we were at the river                                     .
